What do I need to bring to the lease signing? You will need to have all utilities put into your name effective the date that you sign the lease as well as confirmation numbers assigned from the utility company. If you need a list of the utility phone numbers, please click HERE. You will also need the security deposit, and the pet deposit (if applicable) both payable in cashier's check or money order. The first month's full rent is also due at this time payable in cashier's check or money order. Your second month's rent will be pro-rated to reflect the amount of time the property was occupied during the first month (The pro-rate amount will be listed on the front page of your lease). How do I report a maintenance issue? You may contact our office either via phone, fax, or e-mail, however, we highly recommend that you contact us by phone. If no answer, please leave a message with the maintenance extension 15. If there is an emergency, please follow the directions on the maintenance voicemail. All emergency (fire, flood, no heat, sewer backups) will be dealt with immediately, all other calls will be scheduled with a maintenance technician. How do I give notice to move? We have a pre-printed notice to vacate form that you may complete and turn in to the office. If you do not have access to this form, you must provide written notice with your name, the date, your address, and forwarding address and phone numbers. What notice is required to move? As stated in your lease, you must give at least a 30-day notice of your intent to vacate. This notice must be received on the 1st of the month (a rent paying date). If notice is given in the middle of the month, you will be responsible for rent through the end of the next month. For example, if you give notice on the 16th of the month, you will be responsible for the next full month's rent.
